This is honestly the best Hteao I’ve been to. My family comes here daily and we love this team. Aliyah is the best! She helped me out on July 4th with my 3 gallons of tea and a bag of ice. I accidentally spilled a cup and she immediately helped me out.

What a great drink stop for delicious flavored teas! We were warmly greeted by Jared, the general manager, and Carrah, hey visiting manager from another location. They now have Free Rein coffee! Try the espresso with the pancake syrup. The barista even created a little heart. Delicious!! My cousin liked the drink setups where you can try different flavors before you select. She picked the ginger peach tea with cherries. Thanks for making our day!!

This location is not the best. They always seem so miserable and like im bothering them by ordering anything. The North Colin's location is completely different from this one...ill just continue to go to that location. Even my gallon was all damaged.

This was my first time ever going to HTeaO and the staff here was great! The lady in the drive thru was really helpful in advising me to come inside to try the teas!! Kudos to her!! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could shout her out! The guy working the counter was really nice and helpful as well. Very welcoming and it really felt as though the workers genuinely love their job! And I love that for them. Would definitely go back!!! Oh yeah the tea was good as well lol

This is heaven for tea drinkers! Very first visit to HTeaO and I'm impressed with their collection of tea flavors. They also have a substantial Yeti collection as well. They do offer coffee and some eats, but I didn't focus on that today. There are over 20+ tea flavors available. This is a self serve operation, so you get to choose how much sugar and whatever else you want to add to your tea. There are premium fruits available but lemon, lime and oranges are complimentary. There are snacks for sale as well as bags of tea. You can also grab a gallon of tea in your favorite flavors. Lastly, the store is quite accessible. There is a wheelchair accessible parking spot at the front of the store. There's also an automatic sliding door and accessible bathroom. I look forward to visiting again very soon.
